Online Ordering Policy

Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase unless a discrepancy exists. If such a discrepancy exists, we will confirm the customer has agreed to order the INSIGHT Inventory report and then bill the credit card.

Privacy Policy

INSIGHT Institute doesn't ask for personal information in order to browse our site. Our site's forms require you to give us contact information and some personal information (i.e. credit card). We only use personal information to provide you the information you have requested or to process your order. We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share any of the information that you provided with us.

Security

Our site employs the strictest security measures that protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of any information that we receive. For security purposes, we only collect informaiton pertaining to demographic information to continue to update the site effectively and to assist our purchasers with additional SERVICE opportunities available in their demographic area.

Refunds/Cancellations

If you want a refund for your report you must contact us at (800) 861-4769. If the service has already been preformed OR the month is past, there are no refunds.

General Policies

Order prices are only guaranteed at the time an order is taken.
All orders are guaranteed by contract.
E-mail confirmation of an order is sent out upon receipt of payment.
