The Getting 360° Feedback report makes it possible for you to learn
how others perceive you on each of the four traits measured by the INSIGHT Inventory.
In each report, the rater's perceptions will be compared to your self-ratings.

You can receive feedback from as many individuals as you like. Simply
select those individuals you want feedback from. Once they complete a 360° Feedback
