HIRING with INSIGHT involves asking a job applicant to complete the
online INSIGHT Inventory prior to participating in a job interview. The report generated provides
an employer with a description of the applicant's personality strengths and behavioral tendencies. It
also gives the employer suggestions for conducting a positive behavioral-based interview and includes
specific questions the employer can ask to help identify how the applicant has succeeded in previous
jobs.
